Ordering FAQs

Q. When I place my order, do I have to get the same kind of sticker or can I mix them? 

A. You can mix and match the stickers in any quantity per sticker that you would like (i.e. 20 of one, 10 of another and 30 of another for the minimum 60 stickers) as long as your TOTAL order is at least 60 stickers (or more). All the stickers are the same price, so feel free to mix and match away!

Q: If I am a new customer and want to be billed, when it asks me for an account number, what do I do?

A: New customers need to enter “New” where it asks for your Renton’s Account Number. Your order will be billed to your new account number which will be included on your invoice for future orders. Existing customers should enter their account number. If you do not know your acct #, you can enter existing.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order? 

A. Once we receive the order, we will process and ship it within 24 hours after receipt. Small orders of less than 600 are shipped via First Class Mail, and all other orders of 600 or more are shipped via DHL. (We have DHL Next Day and 2nd Day service available if requested for an additional fee.) Orders normally take approximately 3-6 working days to receive once order is shipped.

Q. If I don't like the sticker I ordered, can I return it for an exchange or refund? 

A. Yes. Our Famous Guarantee backs all orders. If for any time, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will cheerfully exchange or refund your money.

Q. Do you take suggestions for new stickers? 

A. Yes! We would love to hear your ideas. Most of our sticker designs are from customers like you.
